DAY
Meet at the Irkutsk Airport. Breakfast. Transfer to Slyudyanka, to a country hotel on the shore of Lake Baikal. After checking into the hotel you will have time to relax after the flight. This is a day of relaxation and acclimatization in a secluded place, without heavy activity.
You can enjoy a day of steam bathing and dipping in the Barrel of Youth – an open air pool. If you're feeling brave, have a plunge into the winter pool cut into Lake Baikal.
In the evening you will have dinner tasting national dishes and Baikal delicacies. At dinner you will meet all the participants of the trip.

DAY
We get up early and after breakfast we leave on a Hivus (amphibian ship) right from the pier of the hotel - we set off on a trip along the ice of Lake Baikal.
On the way we explore a unique monument of engineering art - the Circum-Baikal Railway. Here we take photos of the humpbacked bridges, stone viaducts, tunnels and enjoy transparent ice of Baikal.
We will approach the estuary of Angara, the only river flowing out of Lake Baikal which remains unfrozen even in the most severe frosts. We will spend the whole day travelling, heading to Baikal's most famous island, Olkhon, shrouded in secrets and mystery.
Take the opportunity to take as many pictures as you wish. Enjoy the sunset and in the evening we will check into a hotel where a delicious dinner awaits us.

DAY
We have breakfast and go on a Hivus to explore Olkhon Island. Drive up to one of nine shrines of Asia - Cape Shamanka.
We explore ice grottoes, photograph the clearest ice and icicles, stop at the listening crevice where you can hear the mysterious sounds of Baikal. There will be a lot of photographing – be sure to prepare your memory cards and batteries.
We will be hunting for the famous magic methane bubbles on the ice. Today we will have a picnic lunch on the ice – the magic fish soup and smoked Baikal fish, saguday and warming cranberry punch!
After lunch we'll have ice skating on the largest ice rink in the world! In the evening we return to the hotel and enjoy dinner.

We get up early, pack our bags and after breakfast we board SUVs to meet the sunrise on the mountain of Tan Han. It will be unforgettable! You will see an aerial view of all the beauty and the splendor of Baikal.
Drive along the Tajeeran steppes. On off-road vehicles we will drive along the longest ice crossing in Russia. There is not too much time for the leisure however, as closer to dinnertime we shall return to Irkutsk. The journey will take time.
