MAIN BUILDING
A large two-storey house with an area of 160 square meters is built from Siberian pine logs and can accommodate 3-6 people.

The ground floor includes: a dining room for 8 people, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a wardrobe room. All furniture is in an antique style.
The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and oven. There is also a microwave, a juicer, a kettle, a bread-maker and essential kitchenware.
There is a satellite TV in the living room and mobile wi-fi.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and dressers.
Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony with breathtaking views of Lake Baikal.
The bathroom on the second floor boasts a modern design with a magnificent mirror, a large shower with hammam feature, a jacuzzi and a bidet
The bathroom is decorated with Spanish faience and equipped with fixtures by Germany's Grohe.
The house has 6 sleeping places and 1 folding sofa on the ground floor, which can also be used as an extra bed.

One of the features of the main building is under-floor heating.
Thanks to the adjustable waterfall, you can create an atmosphere to your liking and listen to streams of a mountain river or a gentle murmur of a brook
TWO-STOREY GUEST HOUSE
The space on the ground floor can accommodate two people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a chest of drawers, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and stovetop. The kitchen has a dining table, chairs and furniture.
The second floor of the guest house can also accommodate two people.
There is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The bedroom features two twin beds and a balcony with a gorgeous view of Baikal.
Additional rooms can accommodate the necessary staff (a chef, a tour guide, security guards).
SPA
The Russian banya building has a steam room, shower, bathroom and relaxation area. The steam room can have 5 or 6 people at a time.
The relaxation area features a dining table, kitchen fitting and a big soft corner sofa of white leather.
The banya has a separate exit to the pool which allows one to plunge straight into the cooling water right out of the heated steam room.
The swimming pool of Baikal Prestige will appeal to both children and adults. It's depth has three levels - 0.5 m, 1.5 m and 3 m.
Optimal temperature is 27-28 Celsius. The pool's length is 15 m and it's width is from 2.5 m to 7 m.

Villa Baikal Prestige is located 250 km from Irkutsk on the shores of the Maloe More, in the picturesque Mandarkhan Bay. It is a quiet place with massive larch forests and stunning views of Lake Baikal. The location of the bay opens up all possibilities for exploring local attractions: Tajeeran Caves, Olkhon Island, Ogoy Island.

You can reach us from the city of Irkutsk by driving along the federal road. Travel time 2.5-3 hours. You can also get to Baikal by boat in 6-9 hours (depending on weather conditions) or by air in a helicopter in 1 hour.
